Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
No-Show Policy
A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for an appointment without notice.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in a full service charge, depending on availability.
Repeat Cancellations / No-Shows
After three (3) no-shows or late cancellations, the client will no longer be eligible to book appointments in advance and will be walk-in only, subject to availability.
Payment Authorization
By booking an appointment, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen and may make one courtesy exception at our discretion. Repeated exceptions will not be granted.
